The Fuels Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator reports to the Senior Director, Quality Control and is responsible for overseeing product quality for a pipeline system transporting conventional refined products and NGLs.
This position is also responsible for assisting in reviewing, interpreting and auditing compliance with refined products regulations, specifically, 40 CFR Part 1090.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversight of Product Quality program elements including:

Policies and procedures.

Processes (e.
g.
, sampling and testing methods and interpretations).

Audits of processes and procedures
Site subject matter expert for product specifications for refined products including gasolines, diesels, fuel oils, kerosene and transmix; as well as various NGLS including propane, ethane, and butane.

Knowledgeable of product blending techniques and product additives.

Provide subject matter expertise in support of training others on product quality and regulatory compliance issues.

Ensuring compliance with fuels and fuel additives regulatory registration.
Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following
Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or commensurate work experience, is required.

2-5 years' experience in oil & gas industry is required.

Experience with conventional refined products is strongly preferred.

Extensive experience and knowledge of fuels regulations is required.

Negotiating, influence management, and customer service skills are required.

Must be results oriented, possess excellent communication skills; and computer skills including the use Microsoft applications:
Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.
